- added detection of the tuner "e" - in some images with support more tuners
- added new icon: tuner E (after restore icons type will be set to default
type 1, so after update and autorestore you must download icons and previews
and then set/select your prefered icons type)
- download menu: added option "Select" in some type of picons - you can select
satellites and picons will be downloaded for selected ones

- download menu: added option "Cleaning Picons" - clean picons for selected satellites (picon, piconOled, picon_50x30, ZZPicon)

- fix displaying special info pressing button "help"
- fix some russian characters in default font (Regular)
- fix and full support for OpenATV images
- added new OLED type: "VU+ 4k Snr,Agc"
- added categories in setup of skin - you can switch quickly between categories by using RC buttons Bouquet+/- (P+/- or Ch +/-)

 - changed Menu type: List, with PIG and List 2 - pictures was moved to HDG files directory - from now any item of Menu can be autodisplayd with picture (if exists)
 - download menu: added option "Download Menu Icons (540x540)" - used in Menu type: List, with PIG and List 2
 - added detection of the tuner "F"-"L" (in some images with support more tuners)
 - added new icon: tuners "F"-"L" (after restore icons type will be set to default type 1, so after update and autorestore you must download icons and previews and then set/select your prefered icons type)
